Delivery Timeframes and Deadlines We aim to dispatch all orders swiftly. In strict compliance with UK consumer law, we commit to delivering your items without undue delay. By standard legal provision, your delivery will be completed no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into, unless a specific, alternate delivery timeframe has been explicitly agreed upon during checkout.

Risk of Loss and Damage Your peace of mind is our priority. Please be advised that the risk of loss or damage to your purchased goods remains entirely with Marcell Studio whilst the items are in transit. This responsibility and risk transfer to you only at the exact moment when you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
