Refund & Returns Policy

At Marcell Studio, we pride ourselves on uncompromising craftsmanship and bespoke quality. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. Our returns policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience whilst strictly complying with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) You have the statutory right to cancel your contract with us and return your items within a 14-day cooling-off period, without needing to provide any reason. This 14-day period begins on the day after you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods purchased on MarcellStudio.store.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the cancellation period has expired. Please direct all cancellation requests to our customer care team at contact@MarcellStudio.store.

Conditions of Return To be eligible for a return under the cooling-off period, items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—with all original tags and luxury packaging intact. Please note that bespoke or custom-tailored items are exempt from this standard right to cancel, as they are explicitly made to your specifications.

Refund Timeline If you choose to cancel your order within the statutory period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery service. We will process your reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods from you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Faulty Goods & Short-Term Right to Reject We hold our tailoring and materials to the highest standard. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods supplied must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

If you receive an item that is faulty or does not meet these criteria, you hold a "short-term right to reject" the product. You may return the faulty item within 30 days of taking ownership of it to receive a full refund or request a repair or replacement. If a fault is discovered after this 30-day period, please contact us at contact@MarcellStudio.store, as you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund under UK law.
